Something to think about... From the eyes of an abortion rights activistConsider this scenario and how a person who believes in abortion may think:Those holy rollers are at it again! Can you believe that they want take away a woman’s right to have control over their own bodies? I mean, what is the big deal? Why should anyone care if I want to have an abortion? It is my body, my life, and besides the baby is not even “born” yet. Those holeyer-than-thou people just do not make any sense to me. I know when life starts, and it is when I was “Born”; It says so right here on my drivers license. They are just plain crazy if you ask me (laugh), just look at how two faced those people are: 1) They celebrate their own birthdates yearly and it is a BIG deal. Do you ever see anyone celebrating their own conception dates? What a farce, those people don’t even know that they are asking us to recognize conception as the start of life and not one of those people ever celebrate, or even recognize, conception date in their own lives. 2) Even worse. What about those Christians? Those people celebrate “Christmas” every year and what a BIG deal they make. Yea, mangers in public places, Christmas trees everywhere, houses lit up like a casino and I never hear a word about when Christ was conceived? Yea, I think they call that the Annunciation of Christ? What does that mean anyway? Can you see why Recognizing and Celebrating your conception date is important?We believe that many people believe that life begins at birth.
